Abstract

In today's digital era, technology has become an important element in various sectors, including the energy industry. Shell, as a global energy company, presents Shell Asia application information to improve user experience in making transactions and accessing services. However, there are still technical obstacles experienced by some users in using the application. This study aims to analyze the effect of application usage, application ease, application benefits, application risks, and user trust on user satisfaction and its impact on repeat purchases. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 200 respondents in the city of Surabaya. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-AMOS. The results of the study showed that the variables of application usage, application benefits, application risks, and user trust had a significant effect on user satisfaction. Conversely, application ease did not have a significant effect on user satisfaction. In addition, user satisfaction had a significant effect on repeat purchase decisions.
