Abstract

Analyzing property sales in New York City (NYC) requires a deep understanding of the city's complex market dynamics. As a global economic hub, NYC offers a wide range of properties with highly variable prices depending on location and market conditions. To develop a functional and user-friendly dashboard, various technologies were implemented, including HTML for page structure, CSS for layout and styling, and JavaScript for interactivity. The use of Chart.js enables real-time visualization of key metrics such as Total Revenue, Quantity Sold, Total Customers, and Top Category. With JavaScript, the displayed data is continuously updated without requiring page refreshes, enhancing the user experience in monitoring and analyzing sales performance. The result is a responsive dashboard accessible across multiple devices, simplifying the tracking of property sales performance. This website successfully achieves its goal of providing a data-driven decision-making platform, which is expected to improve revenue and operational efficiency in the property sales sector in New York City.
