Abstract
Infrastructure plays a crucial role in enhancing connectivity, economic growth, and public welfare. In the construction sector, labor productivity is a key factor in determining project success. This study aims to analyze labor productivity during the planning and implementation phases and to compare both using secondary data as the primary source. The data include historical project documents such as time schedules, Bills of Quantity (BoQ), daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as labor coefficients derived from the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Housing No. 1 of 2022 and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The analysis involves calculating planned labor productivity based on the BoQ and time schedules, and actual labor productivity based on the BoQ and daily reports. The results show significant variations in labor productivity between the planning and implementation phases. Several work items experienced increased productivity, such as Cast Plastic Installation (7%), D36-300 Dowel Installation (12%), Double-Layer Wiremesh (35%), K-350 Rigid Pavement (28%), and Joint Filler Installation (71%). Conversely, Floor Work and Tie-Bar Installation showed decreases of 47% and 11%, respectively. Actual implementation durations were generally shorter than planned. In conclusion, field execution proved to be more efficient than anticipated, although regular evaluations of labor productivity remain essential to enhance future project planning and execution.
