Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture in improving employee performance at PT. Starfood Internasional Paciran Lamongan. This study uses an associative research method through case study analysis with a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted at PT Starfood Internasional Paciran Lamongan. The subjects of this study consisted of HRD, production supervisors and employees of PT. Starfood Internasional Paciran Lamongan. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was from Miles Huberman including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in a company there must be something called human resources, in human resources management is needed for behavioral patterns and guidelines in completing their responsibilities as employees. Therefore, organizational culture can be a guideline for employees in behaving in the company environment and completing their responsibilities. A good, adaptive and open organizational culture can help employees improve their performance. Because with an organizational culture that is adaptive to economic changes and global developments, it can make it easier for employees in their performance. A comfortable organizational culture can create a safe, comfortable and effective work environment to increase employee motivation in improving their performance.
