Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price on Customer Satisfaction at PT Dimensi Citra Semesta. The background of this research is the importance of customer satisfaction in maintaining business continuity and increasing consumer loyalty in the midst of increasingly fierce business competition. This research uses a quantitative approach with the survey method as a data collection technique. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 45 respondents who are customers of PT Dimensi Citra Semesta. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that simultaneously, Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. However, partially, only the variables of Product Quality and Price are proven to have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, the Service Quality variable did not show a significant effect partially. This finding shows that customers emphasize product quality and price suitability more than service aspects in determining their level of satisfaction with the company.
