Abstract

Manual boarding house management often leads to various problems, such as inaccurate recording of financial transactions and tenant data, lack of information for prospective tenants, and unstructured booking and payment processes. Therefore, the implementation of a boarding house management information system (SIMKO) is proposed to facilitate the management of boarding house data, such as recording tenant and financial transaction data, as well as the booking and payment processes. The system is developed using the Agile methodology, which allows for iterative and adaptive development based on user feedback at each stage. Based on testing results using the using the UAT method from each user, the results show that the features are accepted and in accordance with user needs.
