Abstract

The performance of the supply chain department requires precision and loyalty with vendors that must adhere to work procedures. A raw material supply that does not comply with the specifications will cause errors in the ongoing procedures. This research aims to identify risk sources using the SCOR research method, analyze risk sources with FMEA analysis, and assess priority risks along with proposed strategies for the RTD industry supply chain using a fishbone diagram supported by the 5W+1H model. Primary data was collected through field observations, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 10 respondents who play key roles in the RTD industry supply chain process. The research results indicate: (1) A total of 27 risks were detected in the ready-to-drink beverage industry supply chain, including 9 risks in the planning process, 3 in sourcing, 8 in production, 4 in delivery, and 3 in returns; (2) 18.75% were identified as high-priority risks with a score of 121.82 in the sourcing process, while the remaining 81.25% of risks were categorized as moderate to low; (3) The proposed strategy mainly involves improvements to the vendor work system and the purchasing department to prevent similar issues in the next period.
