Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, facilities, price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Convo coffee shop in Jombang Regency. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that brand image, facilities, price, product quality, and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Convo coffee shop in Jombang Regency. The variables brand image, facilities, product quality, and service quality partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the price variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Convo coffee shop in Jombang Regency
