Abstract
The high consumer demand for processed pineapple drinks increases competitiveness which requires companies to identify and analyze the risks that exist from each activity of the company's supply chain. One company engaged in the production of pineapple juice drinks experiences high production demand and several other obstacles that affect the company's performance being hampered. This study aims to analyze the supply chain in pineapple juice drink production activities to identify the risks that occur. The solution is carried out using the SCOR model with the House of Risk (HOR) method to determine the risks in more detail. Based on the results of risk identification using HOR stage 1, 20 risk events were obtained caused by 29 risk agents. Through the calculation of the ARP value, 11 risk causes are presented which are input into the next calculation, namely HOR stage 2, 16 risk mitigation designs are obtained that are able to minimize the risk of occurrence. From the risk mitigation effectiveness value obtained based on the total effectiveness value and level of difficulty, the highest value that is the company's priority is the recruitment of machine technicians (PA4) of 1361.25 and the lowest value is ensuring that the automatic filling machine always works optimally (PA16). From the research results, the company needs to make several risk mitigation efforts to reduce company losses, including strengthening the company's management system, responding quickly if the machine is damaged and being able to run a consistent maintenance program.
