Abstract

SuperApp Halodoc plays a crucial role in providing online medical services by offering comprehensive healthcare solutions without requiring additional applications. However, the platform faces challenges in increasing adoption among Generation Z, where continued usage depends on user acceptance and success in utilizing the application. Therefore, an evaluation of Generation Z's continuance intention to use SuperApp Halodoc is necessary. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the continuance intention to use SuperApp Halodoc among Generation Z by employing the UTAUT and DeLone McLean models. The analyzed variables include System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, User Satisfaction, Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, and Continuance Intention. Data were collected from 600 respondents through purposive sampling using an online survey and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that System Quality, Service Quality, User Satisfaction, Effort Expectancy, and Performance Expectancy have a positive and significant impact on continuance intention (P-Values ≤ 0.014). Meanwhile, Information Quality (P-Values = 0.840) does not show a significant effect. These findings highlight that user satisfaction plays a crucial role in encouraging Generation Z to continue using SuperApp Halodoc. Keywords: SuperApp Halodoc, Generation Z, UTAUT, DeLone McLean, PLS-SEM, Continuance Intention.
