Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has driven innovation in digital banking services, including mobile banking. Wondr by BNI was developed to facilitate financial transactions and provide comprehensive financial solutions, such as financial planning, investments, and lifestyle services. This study evaluates the factors influencing technology acceptance that affect users' intention and behavior in using Wondr by BNI, employing the UTAUT2 model moderated by age and gender. The analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4 software. The study sample consists of 452 respondents selected through purposive sampling based on Lameshow's formula. The results indicate that Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Price Value, and Perceived Privacy significantly impact Behavioral Intention, which in turn influences Actual Usage. Additionally, age moderates the relationship between Price Value and Trust with Behavioral Intention, while gender moderates the relationship between Trust and Behavioral Intention. These findings suggest that mobile banking adoption varies based on user demographics. The study provides insights for app developers and the banking industry in designing marketing strategies and features that better align with user segmentation, ultimately enhancing adoption and engagement in mobile banking services in Indonesia.
