Abstract
Employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Malang Branch, considering the role of organizational culture. The research method used is a quantitative approach with random sampling techniques, and data analysis was performed using SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square). The results from 85 respondents indicate that HRD and training positively impact employee performance, directly and through organizational culture as a mediator. Effective training can enhance employees' skills, while appropriate HRD can improve employee competencies and motivation. Furthermore, a positive organizational culture plays a role in improving employee performance. The implications of this research provide recommendations to enhance training programs, HRD, and organizational culture to support employee performance.
