Abstract

The manufacturing industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, leading to increased urgency regarding environmental pollution issues. Today, the manufacturing sector places greater emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable production as top company priorities. One approach to preventing pollution is through the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). PT. PAL Indonesia is one company that has not yet fully adopted this concept. This is evident from the significant amount of waste and material scraps that remain poorly managed. Based on this situation, this study aims to evaluate the performance of Green Supply Chain Management implementation at the company. The research utilizes the Green SCOR model with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting and Objective Matrix (OMAX) for scoring. The data were processed using the five Green SCOR models plan, source, make, deliver, and return—resulting in a total of 26 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Out of these, five KPIs fall into the red category, six into ithe yellow category, and the remaining 15 are in the green category. The final performance score for the company's green supply chain management activities is 7.890, which falls into the yellow category. This indicates that the performance is still below the target, although it is approaching the desired achievement level.
