Abstract
The golden age is a critical phase in a child's development that lasts from the prenatal stage to the age of two, during which brain growth occurs rapidly, making optimal nutrition crucial. A lack of proper nutritional intake can lead to stunting, a condition characterized by impaired linear growth. To address this issue, BKKBN initiated the Sekolah Orang Tua Hebat (SOTH) Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation ofthe SOTH program in Banjarejo Subdistrict, Taman District, Madiun City, using a descriptive qualitative method based on Merilee S. Grindle's policy implementation theory. The findings indicate that the program has successfully reduced the stunting rate by 4.7%. This achievement aligns with the objectives outlined in the Madiun City Health Department Head’s Decree No. 096/1207/401.103/2022 regarding the establishment of the Sekolah Orang Tua Hebat and is attributed to the collaboration between the government and stakeholders. However, challenges such as limited resources still need to be addressed to further optimize the program’s effectiveness and expand its reach. Keywords: Implementasi Kebijakan, SOTH, Stunting
