Abstract
In an increasingly advanced digital era, facial recognition technology and skin analysis are increasingly relevant, especially in the beauty and health sectors. However, the accessibility and utilization of this technology is often hampered by a less than intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). This research aims to design a UI/UX design that aims to provide a good user experience for the Skin Analyzer and Face Recognition Website using the Design Thinking method. This method involves five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing, to ensure the resulting solution focuses on user needs. The research results show that the prototype developed is able to meet user needs with a usability score of 83.5 points in the System Usability Scale (SUS) test so it is classified in the Excellent category. Thus, the resulting UI/UX design is expected to provide a pleasant user experience and become the basis for further application development in the beauty and health industry.
