Abstract
The Internship Management Information System (SIMM) is a web-based solution specifically designed to streamline the management of internship and Field Work Practice (PKL) data within Surabaya's Ministry of Religious Affairs. The primary goal of this application is to enhance efficiency in managing and tracking internship activities, as well as facilitating attendance processes and logbook entries for interns. The SIMM application offers various features, including intern data management, internship scheduling, activity logbook entries, and an online attendance system. With this application, interns can easily access their schedules, record completed activities, and mark their attendance without relying on manual methods that are prone to errors and delays. Additionally, SIMM provides convenience for internship coordinators and administrators to monitor and evaluate interns' progress and performance in real-time through the reporting features. As a result, this application not only simplifies administrative processes but also enhances transparency and accountability in the implementation of the internship program at Surabaya's Ministry of Religious Affairs.
