Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and training on performance at PT. PAL Indonesia. The population in this study were employees in the warship production division and the sample was 56 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form. The analysis method was carried out with SMARTPLS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PAL, 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture; Employee Performance; Training
