Abstract

The development of internet-based technology can benefit all sectors, including the tourism sector. One example is the Surabaya Tourism Ticket Website, designed by DISBUDPORAPAR as a digital platform to facilitate the purchase of tickets for tourist destinations in Surabaya. However, its implementation has faced some user complaints, such as the frequent inability to book tickets due to quota shortages at certain tourist spots and the inconvenience of repeatedly entering personal data when booking tickets. These complaints highlight the importance of measuring user satisfaction, as the gap between service expectations and reality is reflected in user feedback. Therefore, this thesis aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the Surabaya Tourism Ticket Website. The study uses the conceptual model of End-User Computing Satisfaction, which encompasses five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS technique with SmartPLS 3 software and involved 400 respondents. The results show that the variables Content, Accuracy, Ease of Use, and Timeliness have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction. However, the Format variable has a positive but not significant influence on user satisfaction.
