Abstract
The village as the smallest government unit has a strategic role in national development, especially in providing fast, efficient, and transparent public services. However, Sengon Village in Jombang District, Jombang Regency, still faces various obstacles due to the use of manual systems in managing administration and public services. This manual system causes slow administrative processes, limited access to information, lack of transparency, and high risk of data errors. Amidst increasing internet penetration in Indonesia, which will reach 79.5% in 2024, digital transformation is an urgent solution. In response to these challenges, this study aims to design and build a Website-Based Public Service Information System in Sengon Village using the prototype method. This method was chosen because it allows iteration-based development that is responsive to user needs and feedback. The designed system is expected to improve information accessibility, strengthen transparency, and accelerate the administration process. The results of this study indicate that the Sengon Village Community Service Information System Website With it can be concluded that the system is ready to use, this system also has the potential to be a model for other villages in adopting digital technology.
