Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of service quality on repurchase interest in Bakso Mas Roy located at the Merr and Dukuh Kupang,Surabaya.This study uses Servqual and Importance-Performance Analysis methods and the 5 main dimensions of service quality are used as indicators in the questionnaires.In this study, the attribute of a clean and tidy place to eat has the lowest Gap Score with a value of -2.02.And the attribute of toilet facilities is in the second lowest position with a value of -1.90.Furthermore, with Importance-Performance analysis, the attributes that are expected to be the focus of improvement are attributes that are in Quadrant I
