Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived price, service quality and product quality on FamilyMart consumer repurchase intention. This research method uses quantitative with data collection in the form of distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were FamilyMart consumers in Surabaya with sampling in the form of purposive sampling technique which resulted in 120 respondents. The research data obtained were then analyzed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software, showing the following results: 1) Perceived Price has a positive and significant effect on FamilyMart Consumer Repurchase Intention. 2) Service Quality has a positive but not significant effect on FamilyMart Consumer Repurchase Intention. 3) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on FamilyMart Consumer Repurchase Intention.
