Abstract

This study uses a quantitative technique to examine how service quality, perceptions of rental prices, and promotions affect decisions to rent a car at PT Buana Jaya Rentama in Bontang City. People who have hired cars from the company make up the research population, and the sample, which namelys 85 respondents, was selected using non-probability sampling approaches such as accidental sampling and incidental sampling. The SmartPLS tool analyzed the data using partial least squares (PLS) and descriptive statistics. The findings demonstrate that pricing perception, promotion, and service quality all significantly and favorably affect consumers' decisions to rent a car.
