Abstract
Toll road development by the government aims to improve connectivity and boost national economic growth. Transportation infrastructure companies are divided into two main categories, namely state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and privately-owned enterprises (BUMS). Toll road projects require huge capital for the construction and maintenance of toll roads so that financial performance is very important for companies. This study aims to analyze the comparison of financial performance of land infrastructure subsector companies owned by BUMN and BUMS by measuring liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. Financial performance is measured using CR, DER, TATO, and ROA. The number of samples from this study were 2 companies, including PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (BUMN) and PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (BUMS). The research method used is financial ratio analysis and Independent Sample T Test. The results of this study state that the financial performance of land infrastructure subsector companies owned by BUMS is better than BUMN. Based on the analysis of CR, ROA, and TATO ratios, there is no significant difference in financial performance between land infrastructure subsector companies owned by BUMN and BUMS. While in DER there is a significant difference between the financial performance of land infrastructure subsector companies owned by BUMN and BUMS.
