Abstract
Digitalization is the latest trend in the development of information technology (IT), which means that many tourism managers must be able to quickly adapt to the digitalization of tourism. This research discusses the extent to which Romokalisari Adventure Land tourism managers are prepared to manage digital tourism platforms. By referring to one of the theoretical models Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), including the factors contained therein, including perceived usefulness (PEU) dan perceived ease of use (PEO) This research aims to determine the readiness of Romokalisari Adventure Land tourism managers and the factors that influence the use of digital tourism platforms. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, with interactive model data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research state that the readiness of Romokalisari Adventure Land tourism managers in using digital tourism platforms is still far from being ready. There are factors that influence internally the feeling that using digital tourism platforms is not important and tourism managers feel embarrassed to learn. Externally, the government pays little attention to developing the quality of human resources for managers, there are minimal facilities to support the use of digital platforms and low participation from other non-government stakeholders to help improve the quality of human resources for tourism managers.
