Abstract
Sun Farm broiler farm is a broiler farming business with a close house type cage that carries out the production process with an all in all out system with a large broiler capacity. This study aims to: 1) analyze the amount of costs, revenue and income in the Sun Farm broiler farm business, 2) analyze the financial feasibility of the Sun Farm broiler farm business, and 3) analyze the stages of the business life cycle in the Sun Farm broiler farm business. The location of this research was selected using the purposive method. The sample determination was carried out using purposive sampling method, where there were five informants selected based on certain criteria that had been adjusted to the research objectives. The data used were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the financial feasibility analysis for Net Present Value> 0 of Rp 1,408,592,651, B / C Rasio > 1 of 1.187, Internal Rate of Return of 20% is greater than the interest rate used, Return On Investment of 8.9% shows profit, Break Even Point for Production of 420.503 Kg and Price of Rp 16,788/Kg, and Payback Period for 3 years and declared feasible. The results of the analysis of the Business Life Cycle stages with the calculation of Sales Growth show a percentage of 11% which indicates that the business is in the growth stage. It can be concluded that the business is financially viable. Keywords: broiler, financial feasibility, business life cycle.
