Abstract
The densely populated city of Jakarta, with its high-stress levels, has driven many of its residents to seek out more tranquil tourist destinations. Bandung, with its natural beauty, has become a popular choice. However, the frequent traffic jams, especially on weekends, have reduced the comfort of the journey. The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail offers a faster and more efficient mobility solution. Therefore, there is a need for a five-star hotel with a one-stop entertainment concept near the Tegalluar High-Speed Rail Station in Bandung. This hotel is designed to address the problem of traffic congestion, provide quality accommodation, and meet the recreational and relaxation needs of visitors. The one-stop entertainment concept integrates various entertainment facilities such as themed parks, restaurants, cafes, spas, and art areas into a single complex. A biophilic architectural approach is applied to create a harmonious atmosphere with nature and support the well-being of occupants. As a result, this hotel is expected to become an attractive new tourist destination and contribute to the development of the Tegalluar area.
