Abstract

An agreement is a form of binding between the parties involved in realizing a mutually beneficial goal for the parties. If in practice there is a violation of not carrying out the things that are bound then it can become a legal problem, namely a breach of contract. This results in losses for the parties involved in the binding. In the absence of violations, the agreement can be said to be successful without any disruption or problems in practice. This research uses a normative legal approach which contains legal norms. This research aims to obtain solutions to legal issues that arise in this research using legal science. The results of this research explain the actions of GTA V Online game users who carry out practices that are prohibited in the Rockstar Games agreement as the owner of the GTA V Online game. If it is related to legal science, then the practice carried out by the user is a legal breach of contract. There are legal efforts that can be taken by the owner of the GTA V Online game. This research also explains protection in electronic transactions in Indonesia.
