Abstract
The Al-Muhajirin Free Health Clinic is a clinic in Banjarmasin that provides free services and is highly relied upon by the local community. However, the clinic lacks a proper management system for both clinical operations and medication inventory. Therefore, a healthcare clinic system and drug inventory have been developed using the Holt-Winter algorithm to predict medication stock needs for the upcoming year. This system is designed to enhance the efficiency of medication stock management and provide accurate information regarding future stock requirements. The data used for prediction includes medication expenditure data from October 2021 to November 2023. Predictions are performed using the Python programming language with the statsmodels library, and the prediction results are evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric. The evaluation results indicate that the Holt-Winter method can provide fairly accurate predictions, with MAPE values ranging from 14.799% to 38.957%, depending on the type of medication analyzed. This system is expected to assist the clinic in better and more efficient medication inventory planning
