Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of work-life balance and job stress on employee performance at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. The present study employs a quantitative research approach. Personnel employed at the office of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras constitute the sample for this study. The non-probability sampling technique was used to determine the sample in this study, especially the saturation sampling strategy and the overall number of samples was 70 respondents. This study uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis approach. The findings of this study show that employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by work-life balance, on the contrary, work stress negatively affects employee performance at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras.
