Abstract

To meet the demand for tempeh agro-industry that uses soybeans as the main raw material, therefore the government meets this demand by importing. The purpose of this study is to calculate the cost of goods produced using the Full Costing method, analyze the added value generated from soybean processing and analyze the appropriate development strategy at Tempe Trosobo Tuban UMKM. The methods used are Full Costing method, Hayami method and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the calculation of the cost of goods produced in the tempe agro-industry of Tempe Trosobo UMKM using the full costing method was IDR 4,300/piece with a selling price of IDR 5,100/piece, the processing of soybeans into tempe had an added value of IDR 11,925/kg of raw materials or 49% and the added value of tempe was classified as high, and the appropriate development strategy at Tempe Trosobo UMKM was an aggressive strategy.
