Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the board of commissioners, board of directors, gender diversity of the board of commissioners and company size on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, included in the LQ45 index in the period 2020-2023. The population used is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, included in the LQ45 index in the period 2020-2023. The data collection technique in the research conducted using the documentation method with the sampling method, namely the purposive sampling method, in order to produce samples in accordance with the research criteria. There are 25 companies that meet the criteria as research samples. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, it is known that the board of commissioners has no effect on the company's financial performance, while the board of directors, gender diversity of the board of commissioners and company size affect the company's financial performance.
