Abstract
The development of globalization challenges brings companies to a free era that is increasingly competitive in achieving its targets and goals through the utilization of human resources. Humans as the driving force of other management elements are the most important role holders in the sustainability of the company. Every company will definitely experience problems and obstacles during the process of achieving its goals. In discussing the field of HRM, of course, it cannot be separated from one of the components that is the output in it, especially for companies, namely employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia Surabaya branch. This study uses quantitative research methods with a total sample of 30 respondents using saturated sample techniques with Likert scale weighting. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed to be filled in by each respondent. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) by testing validity, reliability and hypothesis. From the results of research and testing of each variable, the results show that organizational culture has no positive effect on employee performance. Leadership has no positive effect on employee performance. And the work environment is proven to have a positive effect on employee performance at PT Pelni Surabaya.
