Abstract

The success of a company comes from the human resources in it. Therefore, it is important to find quality human resources to create optimal performance. The factors that influence employee performance such as self-efficacy and work culture. This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and work culture on employee performance at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Nilam. The sample used in this study was 48 people who were permanent employees or organic Pelindo using saturated sampling techniques (census). In this study, using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 to measure the responses of respondents who had been published via Google Form. The data used are primary and secondary data to support this study. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire via Google Form and secondary data was obtained from internal data from PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Nilam. The analysis technique used in this study is SmartPLS 3.2. The results of the study showed that self-efficacy and culture partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees who have high self-efficacy will increase their performance. A good work culture will produce a supportive work environment.
