Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment variables, employee engagement, and self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of the East Java Provincial Manpower and Transmigration office. This type of research is quantitative research using the Smart PLS software analysis tool. The population in this study was 272 employees and the sampling technique in this study used proportionate random sampling so that 73 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, and questionnaire distribution. Data testing techniques include validity and reliability tests, R-Square and bootstrapping hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of the East Java Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office.
