Abstract

Nutrition in toddlers plays a crucial role in a child's growth and development, and it is often the case that a child's development during the toddler years can impact their health in adulthood. The Ministry of Health has established the Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2020 on the Standards of Child Anthropometry. However, Puskesmas Plamongan Sari still lacks the facilities to evaluate and monitor child nutrition. This issue serves as the basis for the preparation of this thesis. Needs assessment was conducted by reviewing relevant literature on the Minister of Health Regulation, field observations during toddler measurements, and analyzing the documents used during these measurements. The results show that the nutritional assessment of toddlers conducted by Puskesmas Plamongan Sari is in accordance with the Toddler Anthropometry Standards. The software development was carried out using a web-based approach with the Laravel framework, following the Prototyping method. This process involved three iterations: the first using Figma, and the second and third iterations focusing on the web interface. Adjustments were made to the design and functionality during the second iteration, while feature adjustments and user level modifications were made in the third iteration. In each iteration, Black Box testing was conducted to ensure that the features functioned as intended, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was performed to ensure that the system met user expectations. The results indicated that all the features developed functioned correctly and aligned with user requirements.
