Abstract
In the MBKM Internship, students are expected to get an overview of the scope of work in the field to the process of implementing it properly and correctly starting from work mechanisms, technical control of material quality, as well as identifying problems that often occur in a job. The Solo – Yogyakarta – NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road Construction Project Section 1 Package 1.1 located in Boyolali 2 district, Central Java is part of the Java Island toll road network system (Trans Java Toll Road) with the aim of reducing congestion on the Solo National Road – Yogyakarta, which is one of the efficient mobility and distribution areas of the southern island of Java, by combining 3 cities in Central Java Province, namely Solo City, Klaten City and Yogyakarta City which is divided into 3 sections with a span of 96.57 km. The results obtained during the internship will provide knowledge and information regarding aspects of labor law, traffic engineering, heavy equipment management, land improvement technology, implementation methods, as well as heavy equipment production capacity for rigid pavement work on toll road projects. Based on “PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2021", the HSE team or K3 project team implements these written regulations in the form of occupational health and safety activities for all workers. In implementing the project, there were several obstacles that caused the work on the project not to be completed on time. However, this problem was resolved by implementing several solutions according to the applicable SOP.
