Abstract
The role of the southern region of East Java is becoming more significant, along with the construction of a new access road for the south route of most of East Java. The location of the land for the road is within the Perum Perhutani area. One of the road infrastructure development projects currently being implemented is a project to build a southern highway connecting the Pacitan Regency -Banyuwangi Regency. This project is divided into several segments. One is a project construction of Southern Cross Road Lot.6b P.Sine-Bts. Blitar Regency 2 (Road and Bridge). This project uses flexible pavement with a length as far as 7,431 km, starting from STA 6+550 until 13+891. This road has two lanes, the width of each lane is 3,5 m, and the roadside is 2 m. The methods for implementing the internship are field observation, interviews, and literature study. The internship activity results are knowing about the project's organizational structure, project management, and project implementation methods. So that students can gain more in-depth knowledge about the world of civil engineering work in terms of management, applied technology, and work processes. They will also be able to apply the knowledge they have gained.
