Abstract

This research proves that the firm value of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2022 period is impacted by capital structure, firm size and profitability. All companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the IDX from 2015 and 2022 constitute the population in this research. The method used is quantitative with secondary data taken from the official IDX website when collecting the data which takes into account several criteria. A total of 56 data met the criteria as samples from 7 companies. Classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests were carried out using SPSS 26.0 as the analysis tool. This research proves that dividen policy, capital structure, and profitability have an impact on firm value, meanwhile firm size had no impact on firm value.
