Abstract
x THE INFLUENCE OF CAREER MOTIVATION, QUALITY MOTIVATION, AND TAX KNOWLEDGE ON STUDENTS' INTEREST IN ATTENDING TAX BREVET TRAINING WITH ECONOMIC MOTIVATION AS A MODERATING VARIABLE. Oleh: Fasihul Lisan 20013010040/FEB/EA ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of career motivation, quality motivation, and tax knowledge, moderated by economic motivation, on the interest of accounting students from four public universities in Surabaya (UPNVJT, UNAIR, UNESA, and UINSA) in attending tax brevet training. This quantitative research uses primary data. The population consists of active undergraduate accounting students from the aforementioned universities. The sampling technique employed is probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the aid of WarpPLS version 7.0. The results indicate that career motivation does not have a significant positive effect on accounting students' interest in attending tax brevet training, while quality motivation and tax knowledge do have a significant positive effect. Economic motivation does not moderate the relationship between the independent variables and the interest of accounting students in attending tax brevet training.
