Abstract
Supplier selection is the most important aspect for a company. Companies engaged in foam production have 4 suppliers for EPS foam packaging from various countries with different cycle times in the processing. The quality and superiority of raw materials, especially EPS Foam Packaging, is the main priority in production at PT Kemasan Ciptatama Sempurna Pasuruan. High demand forces the company to purchase from 4 different suppliers, both from abroad and domestically, to ensure availability and guaranteed quality. This research uses primary data derived from observations, interviews, and direct surveys at the company. Additionally, a questionnaire on the level of importance was conducted for the Head of Department and the Purchasing Department. This study uses Data Envelopment Analysis and the DEAP 2.1 program in the data processing. The results show that Kofuku, Vietnam Polystyrene, and Rijat operate efficiently, while King Pearl requires improvement. Kofuku is the top-ranked supplier based on data processing and current actual conditions. Key Words: Supplier, Data Envelopment Analysis, EPS Packaging Foam, Rangking
