Abstract
Indonesia is currently one of the countries richest in natural wealth. One of the main sectors driving the country's economic growth is the tourism sector. Tourism has various types, and the most popular is Maritime Maritime Tourism. This type of tourism is usually beach tourism which has natural beauty. Lamongan is one of the districts that has marine tourism potential in East Java Province. Lamongan Regency has a unique and interesting beach, this beach is Kutang Beach. However, this beach is still not widely known by tourists, therefore this tourism requires development. In the development stage, analysis is required regarding (four) tourism components called 4A, namely Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities and Tourism. Apart from that, an analysis of the tourism management carried out is also needed, as evaluation material in taking development steps. By analyzing the 4A concept approach in managing tourism at Kutang Beach, the advantages and disadvantages of this tourism will be known. So that the management can make the right strategy in its development.
