Abstract
Information technology has a close relationship in business. The use of information technology in business is increasingly widespread because it is seen as providing greater flexibility and operational effectiveness for companies. This research analyzes the level of maturity in business objectives that will later be used by PT. Asco Dwi Mobilindo with the aim of minimizing risks that will occur in the company and increasing company efficiency. In analyzing the maturity level of information technology infrastructure at PT. Asco Dwi Mobilindo, there is a research flow which consists of several parts. Starting from identifying problems, literature studies, determining business goals, company surveys, collecting data through interviews, processing data from interviews, analyzing data and conclusions. Based on the results of the maturity level calculation which refers to business goal 2 regarding managing IT-related business risks with sources from PT Asco Dwi Mobilindo who were interviewed based on the COBIT 4.1 framework, the results in the Deliver and Support IT DS4 Process domain show a maturity level value of 3.01, IT DS5 Process is 3.74, and DS13 IT Process is 3.37. From the maturity level of each IT Process, the average is taken to determine the maturity level of all IT Processes. The test results show that the maturity level according to COBIT 4.1 in this process is at level 3, namely Defined.
