Abstract

Public transportation is an important tool in improving and developing the economy of a region, which is different in supporting people's mobility. Congestion is still prevalent and complex in Surabaya, and people will leave early and look for alternative roads to avoid congestion, which is an increase in the number of private motorized vehicles. This research approach is descriptive quantiotative. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is Random Forest. The analysis tool used to perform Random Forest is using Rapidminer software 10.3.1. The data analysis findings indicated a number of areas that Suroboyo Bus needs to address in order to raise the caliber of its offerings. These areas include those pertaining to bus stops, routes, hours, applications, and buses, among other things. In. order to raise the caliber of its services, these terms must be taken into account. In order to raise the standard of Suroboyo Bus services, these words must be taken into consideration.
