Abstract
CV. Serba Jaya Oke is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of plastic household appliances. In its operations, the company experienced difficulties in achieving production targets, resulting in deviations of 11.13%. This research was conducted to analyze the productivity of production units from January to December 2023 to understand partial productivity levels and provide suggestions for improvements to the company. This research uses the objective matrix method (OMAX), analytical hierarchy process (AHP), traffic light system, fishbone diagram, and 5W+1H approach. The criteria used are the criteria for plastic pellet raw materials, labor, injection molding machine working hours, electrical energy usage, and water usage. From this research, it can be seen that the productivity index value reached its highest value in August 2023, namely 311,2%, while the lowest value occurred in December 2023 with a productivity index of -82,9%. Suggestions for improvement are given to the productivity measurement criteria 1, 2, and 3 because there are still many periods with poor scores for these criteria. By implementing this method, companies can partially increase productivity and find out the causes of decreased productivity in certain periods.
