Abstract
With technological advances, almost all industrial activity in both the manufacturing and services now USES the digital technology of e-commerce is an entity of its rapid growth and progress. It shows the large market of e-commerce in Indonesia. The larger the market also results in the higher levels of competition between e-commerce. It is therefore necessary to evaluate user experience so that e-commerce does not fall behind with other competition e-commerce. In the study, the user experience of the mobile blibli application. the com was assessed using the user experience schanaire (ueq) method. As for the sample retrieval technique used was a verisive sampling that was counted using the slovin formula and obtained the results of 400 respondents. The questionnaire's data got analyzed using ueq data analysis tool. The results of the upshot show that each scale has a reasonably low grade unless it is of efficiency. On a scale of attractiveness has a mean -0.58, a precision scale of 0.11, a clarity scale of 0.01, stimulation -0.13 scale, a newer scale of -0.75, and an efficiency scale of 1.11. Consistency levels of the entire scale show the score of cronbach alpha > 0.70. This means high levels of consistency are owned by the whole scale.
