Abstract
The city of Surabaya is an example of a city in Indonesia that is rich in historical and cultural heritage which is still preserved today. One example of historical heritage is the Tunjungan Street Tour in Surabaya. This tourist attraction has high historical value, with colonial buildings that are still well preserved, making tourists interested in visiting. One of the strategies used to attract tourists to visit Jalan Tunjungan Tourism is through the use and optimization of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) as a promotional tool. This research aims to examine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on tourists' visiting decisions at Jalan Tunjungan Tourism, Surabaya. The research method used was by distributing questionnaires offline to visitors to Jalan Tunjungan Surabaya. The research results show that Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) has a significant and positive influence on the decision to visit tourists at Tunjungan Jalan Surabaya Tourism simultaneously and partially. The conclusion of this research states that Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) can be an effective strategy in influencing tourists' visiting decisions at Jalan Tunjungan Surabaya. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) in marketing tourist attractions, especially urban tourism.
