Abstract
Effectiveness is a measure that describes the extent to which goals are achieved. The effectiveness of the partnership between the parties is largely determined by trust, agreement and respect for the rights and obligations of the parties during the partnership process. This research aims to identify the implementation of partnership patterns, analyze the effectiveness of partnership patterns, and analyze what factors influence the effectiveness of partnerships. The research was conducted at the Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic Boarding School. The number of respondents taken using the purposive sampling method was 34. The research method used quantitative and qualitative picture analysis, then used a score-to-value conversion formula on a five-point scale and the ISM (Interpretive structural modeling) method. The results of the research are the partnership pattern implemented by coffee farmers with the Ihya'us Sunnah Al- Hasany Islamic Boarding School is a general trade partnership pattern and an Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA) partnership pattern. The effectiveness of the partnership between coffee farmers and the Ihya'us Sunnah Al- Hasany Islamic Boarding School based on the performance of a highly effective partnership. The effectiveness of the partnership based on the assistance of the Ihya'us Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic Boarding School is effective. The effectiveness of partnerships based on the participation of coffee farmers is very effective. And the effectiveness of coffee farming partnerships is very effective. The obstacles faced in the partnership between coffee farmers and the Ihya'us Sunnah Al- Hasany Islamic Boarding School with structured obstacle criteria, namely middlemen as the main priority.
