Abstract

Inspektorat Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur is an agency that aims to improve financial and performance management accountability within the East Java Provincial Government. This agency has implemented several technologies, but the Inspectorate still does not use a systemized guest book to record guests who attend and have needs with related employees. Therefore, it is necessary to create a desktop-based Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Tamu (SIPETA) application program to record and store information about guests attending the Inspektorat Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penerimaan Tamu (SIPETA) is a form of information system solution in the form of an application that helps in managing and calculating guest data that has been present. With the creation of this application is expected to provide convenience, effectiveness, and accuracy in recording or searching guest data.
