Abstract
This report presents an overview of the alumni information system of Hangtuah 4 Surabaya High School. The main purpose of this information system is to facilitate the management and interaction between alumni, school, and other related parties. The system is designed to collect, store, and manage alumni data, as well as provide various features that are useful for alumni. This report describes the background of the creation of the Hangtuah 4 Surabaya High School alumni information system, including the reasons behind the need for this system. Furthermore, this report provides an overview of the features in the alumni information system, including their benefits and functionality. The features include alumni profile, personal data management, alumni network, announcements and events, as well as communication mechanism between alumni, school, and related parties. During the process of creating the Hangtuah 4 Surabaya High School alumni information system, various technologies and development tools were used, such as MySQL, PHP, and Bootstrap. An explanation of these technologies is also included in this report. In addition, this report presents an overview of the context diagrams and data flow diagrams used in the analysis and design of the system. These diagrams help in visualizing system boundaries, information flow, and interactions with external entities. Finally, this report provides an overview of the Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Business Use Case Diagrams.
