Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of company size and profitability on firm value moderated by institutional ownership. This research uses quantitative techniques. In this study, the population taken was 63 industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019 to 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and collected 22 samples. The data in this study were tested using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that company size has an effect on firm value, profitability has no effect on firm value, and institutional ownership cannot moderate the relationship between company size and profitability on firm value.
